Adetunji Olude is a Senior Attorney at Springer Ayeni, A Professional Law Corporation. Before joining Springer Ayeni, Adetunji was an in-house attorney for the Judicial Council of California, the administrative arm of the state courts. Prior to that, Adetunji represented employees in employment discrimination and whistleblower retaliation cases and wage and hour class actions. Adetunji also litigated cases challenging economic abuses in the realm of housing and consumer finance at the Housing and Economic Rights Advocates.
Adetunji is a member of the National Center for Lesbian Rights’ Board of Directors. In 2020, she was appointed by California Governor Gavin Newsom to the Fair Employment and Housing Council, which promulgates regulations that implement California’s civil rights laws. She has been named, among other accolades, one of the San Francisco Magazine’s “Top Women Attorneys in Northern California.” She is a co-author of “Using Unpaid Intern Labor? It’ll Cost You,” in Plaintiff Magazine, Vol. 9, No. 6, (June 2015) and Advocate Magazine, Vol. 43, No. 11 (November 2015)
Adetunji earned a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, and B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
